Having the right amount of calcium is important for building and keeping strong bones. Calicum glocunate is a type of calcium similar to calcium found in sweet (non-sour) milk. Thus, it is referred to as sweet milk calcium, but will not cause allergies like milk. 

Calcium gluconate is also the calcium found in fresh fruit type vegetables. This is a calcium salt of gluconicacid made from calcium carbonate and gluconic acid from beets. 

It is a low energy calcium because the Milhouse units of energy, within its' molecules are low; therefore, it does not require a strong digestive system to reap its benefits! That is why it is an excellent choice for infants, children, or anyone with weak digestion.
